The role requires at least one year in reception or hospitality, proficiency in Japanese for executive visitors, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese to support visiting executives and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office, email, and administrative systems.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, or luxury wellness is advantageous.
• Experience in business or medical interpretation is a plus.
• Experience serving VIP or high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and attend to clients in a premium appointment-based clinic.
• Explain treatment procedures, services, and costs clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Perform administrative duties to support daily clinic operations.
• Provide interpretation and coordination for visiting Japanese executives.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by management.
