Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites an attentive receptionist to join its premium clinic, delivering personalised reception and customer care in an appointment-based environment. You will greet clients, explain procedures and costs, and coordinate with partners to keep operations smooth.

The role requires at least one year in reception or hospitality, proficiency in Japanese for executive visitors, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese to support visiting executives and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office, email, and administrative systems.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, or luxury wellness is advantageous.
• Experience in business or medical interpretation is a plus.
• Experience serving VIP or high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients, delivering personalised reception and customer care services in a premium appointment-based clinic environment.
• Explain treatment procedures, service details, and associated costs clearly and professionally to clients.
• Coordinate and communicate with external partners, agencies, and representatives to support business operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment, including preparation of supplies, equipment, and refreshments.
• Perform administrative duties and support daily clinic operations.
• Provide interpretation and coordination support for visiting executives from Japan.
• Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for providing interpretation support to visiting Japanese-speaking executives and liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening shifts up to 10 PM or 11 PM, as well as weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office applications, email communication, and administrative systems.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, beauty, luxury wellness, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Experience in business or medical interpretation is an added advantage.
• Experience serving VIP or high-net-worth clients is an added advantage.
