Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a clinic support staff to ensure smooth operations across multiple clinics and inpatient wards when required. You will assist patients with registration, appointments, discharge, cashiering and inquiries, handling calls and emails with professionalism.

You should have at least a GCE O' Level or Diploma, be proficient with computer applications, and possess strong communication and customer-focused skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic operational readiness and compliance with service standards.
• Support patients through registration, appointments, discharge processing, cashiering and enquiries.
• Provide information on billing procedures and insurance-related matters.
• Assist healthcare professionals with chaperone duties and preparation of documents.
• Handle calls, emails and other service-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
