Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional team is seeking a Mandarin-speaking sales professional to acquire and grow a portfolio of global institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and banks. You will work remotely in a distributed, global team, traveling for bespoke events as needed.

This role partners with regional teams to deliver top-tier client service, gather product feedback, and expand the client base while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
• Portfolio includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Passion for crypto; industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
• Expand relationships with existing customers by sustained communication and understanding their needs.
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customers.
• Analyze user behavior, write key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with departments for solutions and feedback.
