Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in crypto, trading, fintech.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and detail-conscious with accountability.
• Good business judgment and market sensitivity to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, legal.
• Deep interest in crypto, spot trading, market dynamics, and user behavior.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch listing campaign products, such as referral rewards and promos, to attract users.
• Develop understanding of crypto spot trading rules and user behavior; drive growth strategies.
• Identify business problems in listing campaigns and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, risk, legal, and operations for launches.
• Define and monitor metrics; analyze performance and optimize outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research; translate insights into product initiatives.
