Binance VIP & Institutional team is seeking a Mandarin-speaking sales professional to acquire and grow a portfolio of global institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and banks. You will work remotely in a distributed, global team, traveling for bespoke events as needed.

This role partners with regional teams to deliver top-tier client service, gather product feedback, and expand the client base while meeting KPI targets.

Formación

• 3–10 years in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
• Portfolio includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Passion for crypto; industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Requirements

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
• Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
• Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
• 3-10 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
