Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior sales professional for the VIP & Institutional Team to manage and grow a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. The role is remote-first and Singapore-based, with travel to bespoke events as needed.

You will leverage CRM tools, demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, and drive strategic engagement with high-profile clients in the crypto space. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

3–10 years of sales and client services experience in international finance.
Experience acquiring/instituting major institutional clients.
Ability to travel for bespoke events.
Excellent communication and relationship management.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Passionate about crypto.

Responsibilities

Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
Expanding relationships through sustained communication and understanding needs.
Building customer service processes and tracking key customers.
Providing product feedback and analysis to various departments.
