Manage end-to-end VIP and high-net-worth client relationships with exclusive account service.
Analyze client demands, provide market insights, and resolve inquiries promptly.
Develop VIP growth strategies: activation, re-engagement, recall.
Design differentiated client incentive programs based on assets and trading performance.
Plan and host exclusive VIP events and campaigns.
Analyze user behavior, retention, and transaction trends; deliver reports.
Collaborate with product, risk, marketing, and support to upgrade VIP features.
