Job summary

The Quincy Hotel in Singapore is seeking a friendly Front Office Receptionist to greet guests, perform check-in and check-out, and ensure every stay starts smoothly with a welcoming, professional touch. You will provide courteous service, handle calls promptly, upsell room types, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.

Familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus; willingness to rotate shifts and collaborate with the team are essential for delivering consistent guest

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Reception/Front Desk duties including check-in/check-out.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Answer and route telephone calls promptly.
• Upsell room types and rates where possible.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Report guest issues to supervisor for follow-up.
