Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Hospitality/ F&B or Tourism sector or related area.
• Diploma from an accredited institute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to client and guest inquiries in person or via email/MS Teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events.
• Handle requests with efficiency and a service-oriented approach.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operation.
