Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ event management or front of house experience in hospitality or real estate.
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement strategies and build a community of ambassadors.
• Oversee internal communications to improve culture and engagement.
• Plan and execute monthly/annual events, from decor to catering and guest lists.
• Manage on-site contractors and vendor meetings to ensure quality service.
