Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead events and client engagement for our regional Workplace Experience team in Singapore. You will drive a culture of empowerment, engagement and fulfilment, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver authentic life-work experiences.

You will manage monthly event calendars, coordinate logistics, and implement communication strategies across channels.

Formación

More than 5 years’ event management or front of house experience in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Lead client engagement and develop a monthly/annual calendar of events.
Coordinate all event details including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation and guest lists.
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to boost engagement.
Oversee vendor network and on-site contractor management to meet quality standards.
