Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Workplace Concierge who combines warm hospitality with office operations. You will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, delivering hotel-like service and local city knowledge.

Based in the Singapore office, this role works closely with the Workplace Specialist to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-organised workplace, from tours to post-event wrap-ups.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in hospitality, concierge, front desk, or customer service.
• Host persona: warm, calm, professional, detail-focused, and punctual.
• English proficiency; second language is a bonus.
• Food Safety Course Level 1 or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host employees, visitors, and VIPs from arrival to departure.
• Provide responsive, reliable first contact support in person and on Slack.
• Maintain a welcoming reception and meeting room readiness.
• Run mailroom, storage, keys, and everyday office services.
• Support food program and events to ensure timely execution.
• Keep trackers, access records, invoices, and expense reporting accurate.
