Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a GSA to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Salesforce's corporate offices in Singapore. The role focuses on welcoming visitors professionally, managing bookings, and coordinating with security and facilities teams to ensure a seamless lobby experience.

You will handle passes, assist with deliveries, and support wayfinding and inquiries while maintaining Salesforce-brand standards in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service, security or hospitality.
• Professional English communications, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise while delivering elevated guest experiences.
• Familiar with IT tools and guest management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals and departures
• Manage visitor bookings using Salesforce's guest management system
• Issue and reconcile guest and employee temporary passes, liaising with security and facilities management as needed
• Direct deliveries and manage their storage as required
• Establish and follow protocols for welcoming media and distinguished guests
• Monitor foot traffic and the movement of equipment and materials through the lobby
• Provide general enquiries support and wayfinding assistance for the site, services, and activities
• Maintain and update operational signage in the lobby area
• Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through Salesforce's designated systems
• Collaborate with all services within the facility to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
• Identify potential risks and escalation appropriately to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or disruptions to Salesforce's operations
