Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Workspace Experience Ambassador to lead hospitality and community-building at our client's workspace. You will coordinate events, engage colleagues and visitors, and ensure memorable experiences through attentive service and proactive on-site support.

On a daily basis you will manage event briefs, oversee space layouts, collaborate with facilities and vendors, orient new hires, and build trusted relationships with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or university degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong baseline skill in end-to-end event management, including coordinating with facilities, technicians, and cleaning teams, managing event forms and setup, and maintaining monthly event trackers.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
• Presentation skills with confident hosting abilities.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable with change.
• Able to manage difficult clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong multitasking ability under time pressure.
• Confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination & Management: act as main contact for client events, create briefs, arrange pre-event meetings, and manage space diaries; oversee furniture setups and on-site execution.
• Community Building & Engagement: develop a local event calendar, collaborate with HR and contractors, and run workshops and wellness sessions.
• Workplace Experience & Support: orient new hires, manage access and welcome packs, collect workspace data, and lead showrounds to promote space usage.
• Client Relationship Management: build trusted relationships with client staff and their clients, drive collaboration with service partners.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: review event policies, handle post-event feedback, and report monthly performance data.
• Technology & Innovation: work with BI/Tech teams to implement solutions that enhance experience and efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: provide weekly updates on workspace experience and engagement activities.
• Health, Safety & Sustainability: follow safety protocols, report hazards, and support sustainability goals.
