Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks an energetic Desktop Support Engineer to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software. You will provide VIP support and handle escalations from the service desk.

You will maintain hardware and printer peripherals, use diagnostics for network and workstation issues, manage OS deployment, and track inventory while delivering timely solutions and user-friendly guidance.

Qualifications

Experience in desktop support and end-user assistance.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across workstations.
Familiar with printer and peripheral device support.
Proficient in diagnosing network connectivity problems.
Knowledge of OS deployment and imaging processes.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot, provide end user support.
Deal with hardware and application support queries escalated to Desktop Support Engineers.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware and peripherals.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network, workstation hardware/software issues.
Load, copy and customize OS configurations for deployment.
