Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Manager to craft a compelling proposition for high-net-worth clients across regulated markets. You will own the VIP product strategy and roadmaps, uniting Trading, Earn, Assets products, benefits, and personalized experiences.

You'll partner with VIP Relationship Managers and various teams to translate client insights into market-ready offerings, measure impact on client experience and assets under management, and drive acquisition, engagement, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in product management or strategy.
Strong crypto and Web3 knowledge, especially exchange products (Trading, Earn).
Experience building products for high-net-worth clients at crypto exchanges, brokerages, or financial institutions is preferred.
Sound commercial judgment and cross-team delivery.
Ability to use data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Define VIP product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition with clear benefits.
Develop VIP offerings and benefit programs across exchange products and services.
Collaborate with VIP Relationship Managers to understand client needs and improve tools.
Design customer lifecycle journeys, campaigns, and CRM capabilities for acquisition and retention.
Work with Design, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and other product teams to deliver compliant solutions.
Use client feedback and market data to prioritize improvements and measure adoption and AUM.
Monitor competitor offerings and regional market developments to tailor VIP propositions.
