OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Director to lead its Structured Products team within the Trading Product Group. You will define product strategy, execute roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured product offerings for global traders.

You will oversee planning, pricing, risk considerations, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and market opportunities in crypto derivatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
• Experience designing and delivering structured products; familiarity with derivatives or structured finance is advantageous.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps from concept to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures tailored to diverse user segments.
• Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps considering market conditions, product life cycle, and resources.
• Oversee progress with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, and operations.
• Use data-driven thinking to drive AUM growth and user growth; implement growth and操作 strategies.
• Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) and enhance the user journey across structured products.
• Monitor market trends in crypto structured products and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.
