Job summary

OKX is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to focus on VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences. You will guide cross‑functional design alignment and shape mobile‑first, high‑value user journeys across fiat and crypto rails.

You will collaborate with global design, product, engineering, and research teams to elevate VIP tiering, Earn perks, and seamless flows, contributing to a scalable design system and reusable components.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Product Design experience in digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile-first product design with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong human-centered design principles and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to inform problems, interfaces, and journeys.
• Generate ideas quickly and validate directions with customers.
• Participate in design critiques and leadership feedback meetings.
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences.
• Design VIP tiering, benefits, and recognition features, including Earn-related perks.
• Design deposit/withdraw flows across fiat and crypto rails with speed and clarity.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers across markets.
• Drive consensus and balance user needs with business goals.
• Develop reusable UI patterns and contribute to the design system.
