Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Director to join our Structured Products team within the Trading Product Group. You will lead the design and delivery of advanced structured offerings for global traders, defining strategy and coordinating across engineering, risk, analytics, and marketing functions.

You will apply data-driven analysis to optimize AUM growth and user engagement, shaping pricing models and risk frameworks while collaborating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.
• Strong skills in product design and project management, with ability to identify user needs through data analysis and implement growth strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products and yield enhancement strategies.
• Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market data and lifecycle factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align with risk, quantitative, and marketing groups to execute product initiatives.
