Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences across fiat and crypto rails. You will shape tiering, benefits, and earned perks while collaborating with global design, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions for high-value and general users alike.

Qualifications

• Must be native to crypto with experience in CeFi or DeFi investments.
• Requires 5–8 years of Product Design experience with a relevant degree or portfolio.
• Portfolio showcases modern, mobile-first digital product work.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, translating complex problems into intuitive experiences.
• Extensive experience with user research, UX, interaction design, and prototyping; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to inform problems, interfaces and journeys.
• Generate ideas quickly and validate directions with customers.
• Participate in design critiques and leadership feedback sessions.
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit & Withdraw UX; advocate for craft and users.
• Design VIP tiering, benefits, and Earn-related experiences for VIPs; surface perks clearly.
• Design deposit/withdraw flows across fiat and crypto rails that are fast and trustworthy.
• Co-lead product development to influence decisions and unify the experience across markets.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, researchers, and engineers to ship aligned experiences.
• Drive consensus across teams, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Create scalable UI patterns and reusable components; contribute to the design system.
