Responsibilities
- Define the VIP product strategy, roadmap and value proposition.
- Develop VIP offerings and benefit programs across exchanges products and services.
- Partner with VIP Relationship Managers to understand client needs.
- Design customer lifecycle journeys, campaigns and CRM capabilities.
- Work with Design, Engineering, Operations, Risk and other teams to deliver compliant solutions.
