Job summary

OKX Group is seeking a VIP Growth Manager to serve as a central strategy and operations partner for the VIP business. You will leverage data analysis, user insights, and cross-functional teamwork to support VIP Relationship Managers and regional teams with growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, the ability to translate insights into actionable plans, and proven collaboration with relevant teams to drive execution and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–5 years in user growth, strategy operations, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL and able to pull and analyze data independently.
• Insight is the core requirement: identify key issues in data, distinguish correlation from causation, and make deliberate trade-offs.
• Structured thinker with business sense; translate ambiguous problems into analytical actions.
• Strong drive to execute and cross-team communication to win stakeholders over to insights.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and productivity is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Chinese as working language.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insights and strategy by identifying growth opportunities from data and turning them into actionable plans.
• Write reports for senior management shaping VIP benefits, resource allocation and playbooks.
• Monitor VIP core metrics daily; root-cause analysis and actionable next steps.
• Automate recurring analyses and dashboards to reduce manual data pulls.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse and BI teams to standardize metrics and data tables.
