Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is partnering with a leading global enterprise software company to hire a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Singapore. The role focuses on outbound outreach and pipeline generation for Customer Experience solutions across Vietnam, with additional support for the Philippines market.

You will prospect via cold calls, emails and social channels, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team while maintaining CRM records and aligning with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or inside sales role (tech/SaaS preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam and/or Philippines market.
• Vietnamese language capability is highly advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• Research key accounts and tailor outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on messaging and campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends and product updates to communicate value.
