Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive identification and qualification of high-value opportunities across Vietnam and the Philippines. The role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building, and proven success in enterprise software sales.

You will manage territory plans, qualify accounts, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities into sales-ready leads. Fluency in Vietnamese or Tagalog is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience as a BDR or similar role.
• Experience in enterprise software or tech sales.
• Proven inbound/outbound sales skills and CRM data management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-value opportunities for the sales pipeline; build first-line relationships with SEA accounts (Vietnam & Philippines).
• Adopt consultative approach: understand prospect goals and challenges before proposing solutions.
• Hit pipeline quality and progression metrics; manage inbound and outbound activities.
