Principal Responsibilities

This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across onshore and offshore operations, ensuring access to consistent, high-quality training aligned with business strategy, regulatory standards, and cultural contexts. The position is vital in fostering continuous learning, enhancing performance, supporting quality initiatives, and facilitating collaboration between teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units

  • Design, implement, and deliver learning programs

  • Coordinate training calendars across geographies, considering time zones and business needs

  • Engage external vendors, training providers, and consultants as needed

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and industry training requirements

  • Monitor training effectiveness via feedback, performance data, and ROI analysis

  • Build and lead a high-performing training team across regions
