Job description

You will be part of the Human Resource team responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters
• Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs
• Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, etc
