Job description

Responsibilities

• Managing a strong technical team, keeping an eye on business processes, and discovering process improvements through automation and development.
• Manage funds and project progress, carry out improvement strategies, and provide top notch solutions.
• Oversee and manage facilities maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Evaluating operational activities, determiner process improvements, providing leadership to technical, equipment and process engineers.
• Ensure the health and safety of all machinery and production operations.
• Oversee internal machine and software development, including design, budgeting, testing, and updating to fulfill production requirements.
• Developing a preventive maintenance plan and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related Engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years of solid track record in leading and executing complex, technology-based projects.
• Expertise in automation with exceptional strength in industrial automation solutions.
• Hands‑on experience in automation equipment design, machine development, and PLC programming.
• Strong practical knowledge of machining processes, including CNC, conventional milling, lathe, grinding and related fabrication techniques.
