in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and delivery coordination. You will handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve operational issues promptly while coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in airfreight customer service or freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of airfreight processes, shipping documentation, and customs clearance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and delivery coordination.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Ensure shipments comply with company procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, billing information, and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support and guide junior team members on shipment handling and documentation, where required.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.
