Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client is a well‑established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, seeking an air freight coordinator in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end air freight import shipments from origin to final delivery, coordinate with customers, overseas stations, airlines, terminals and partners, and handle enquiries, shipment updates and operational issues.

• Minimum 2 years in air freight, freight forwarding, import/export operations or logistics customer service.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; relevant working experience may be considered.
• Strong customer service, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight import shipments, from origin to final delivery in Singapore.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas stations, airlines, terminals and transport partners to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, shipment updates and operational issues, including cargo discrepancies, damages and urgent requests.
• Manage shipment documentation, permits, billing activities and operational reports accurately.
• Support the handling of special cargo, including pharmaceutical cold chain and valuable cargo, while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
