Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer in Singapore to manage on-site coordination with consultants and subcontractors. The role involves ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards while supporting timely project progress.

You will participate in technical meetings, prepare for authorities’ submissions, and assist planning activities for future office projects. Training is provided and the work week is 5 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering required.
• Experience coordinating with consultants/subcontractors is a plus.
• Ability to verify construction work against drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants.
• Verify site works conform to approved drawings and rectify non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with stakeholders promptly to minimise delays.
• Ensure documentation is updated for ISO audit.
• Collaborate with safety department and follow safety framework.
• Assist site management with planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Future Project - Office Project in Science Park
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
