Job description

Bayes is representing an international contractor on a Tunneling Project

• Oversee and manage the coordination of civil and structural, architectural, and SWC works, ensuring smooth integration between civil/structural, architectural, and M&E installations, including utility diversions.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with SWC contractors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project requirements and milestones.
• Manage and coordinate the interfaces for the design and construction of tunnelling projects, including the process and design approvals.
• Liaise with government bodies and utility agencies to obtain necessary site clearances and approvals for project initiation.
• Coordinate design and construction issues across civil, architectural, and M&E disciplines with consultants and contractors to ensure timely approval of design submissions and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline
• At least 7-10 years of prior experience with a contractor or consultant environment
• There is a need to have hands‑on working experience with LTA/Tunneling/MRT projects
