A.I.R LEARNING HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to engage with parents, recommend suitable courses, and manage student enrollments across branches.

You will also use social media and events to attract new students while building relationships for renewals and referrals. You will respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media, direct students to the best locations, support offline events, and follow up to maintain engagement.

Competenze

• Fluent bilingual English and Mandarin to engage with diverse parents.
• Demonstrated sales experience or targets met in tuition, retail, or customer service.
• Proficient with social media tools to communicate and market educational offerings.
• Strong communication and patient, friendly approach to handling parent inquiries.

Job Summary
