MILES HOLDINGS SG PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Course Consultant Assistant to support students and families at our Bugis campus. This role involves engaging with Chinese-speaking parents, managing client relationships, and assisting with sales and events.

The ideal candidate holds a Polytechnic diploma, communicates effectively in Mandarin, and can work well in a fast-paced team. Weekend shifts are mandatory, and the role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Tuition Centre Looking for Course Consultant Assistant

Join our fun and vibrant team! We're looking for a dedicated Course Consultant Assistant to support our students and families. Requirements

• 1.Willingness to work weekends (mandatory) — our peak hours are when students are free to learn
• 2.Patience in engaging with students ranging from Primary to Upper Secondary level
• 3.Our clientele are mainly Chinese-speaking parents, therefore, being able to communicate effectively with parents in Mandarin is mandatory

Work Schedule

1.Monday to Friday:

• 3 full days: 10.30am to 7.00pm (with lunch break included)
• 1 half day: 1.00pm to 6.30pm

2.Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)

Weekly working hours: 44 hours

Weekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)

Public Holidays: OFF

Job Duties

• 1.Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members
• 2.Conduct indoor sales by introducing our courses to new and existing clients
• 3.Manage the company's social media accounts, both independently and as part of a team
• 4.Support marketing events and outreach activities (e.g., seminars, talks, presentations)
• 5.Handle student registrations and maintain up-to-date client records in the company's system

Job Requirements

• 1.Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent (or higher)
• 2.Responsive, responsible, and earnest in carrying out duties
• 3.Strong team player who can also work independently
• 4.Good understanding of Chinese clients' needs and communication style
• 5.Willing and able to communicate outside regular working hours when required
• 6.Available to work on weekends
• 7.Patient, with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people
• 8.Eager to learn and receptive to feedback

Preferred Background

• 1.Professional knowledge or skills in relationship management
• 2.Experience in managing social media platforms such as, but not limited to: XiaoHongShu, WeChat Official Account/Channel, Douyin/TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• 3.Comfortable on camera and open to participating in livestreams for work purposes
• 4.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and/or photo/video editing tools
• 5.Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management
• 6.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• 7.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure
• 8.Educational background in Singapore's primary and/or secondary school system
