Job summary

INDIGO HOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations and Customer Service professional to support our education centre. You will handle administrative tasks, help the team meet targets, and deliver high-quality service to students and parents.

The role requires strong English communication, Mandarin language ability, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekend shifts. Prior experience in private education is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in operations and customer service.
• Must be able to liaise and communicate with Mandarin-speaking students/parents.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper check-in management is practiced at the centre.
• Assist with crowd management during peak period.
• Work closely with the Sales enrolment team and provide regular feedbacks and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.
• Proactively attend to customers' feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
• Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Required to work on both weekend

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
