Job summary

IQ EQ TRUSTEES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Trust Administration professional to manage private family trusts and related structures in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients and intermediaries, prepare distributions, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 2 years in trust administration, familiarity with Singapore regulations, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth, or a related field.
• You hold a qualification in Trust, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Secretarial, or a related discipline; STEP qualification or active pursuit of STEP is advantageous.
• You have a good understanding of trust structures and Singapore regulatory requirements, with experience supporting trust portfolios accurately and compliantly.
• You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• You are a proactive team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• You’ll deliver high-quality trust administration support across a portfolio of private family trusts and underlying structures.
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through responsive, professional, and effective communication.
• You’ll ensure trust structures comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• You’ll complete periodic reviews, due diligence updates, and transaction monitoring activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
• You’ll proactively resolve administration issues, manage risk appropriately, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support effective portfolio management and business continuity during the maternity cover period.
