Job summary

FIDENTEM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Trust Administrator to lead client relationships and oversee trust and corporate structures within our Private Client Services team in Singapore.

The role reports to the Director of Private Client Services and offers a salary starting from SGD 8,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and competence. Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years in trust administration within trustee firms or private banks, strong knowledge of trust law, and experience

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in trust administration within trustee company, private bank trust department, or professional accounting firm.
• Sound knowledge of trust law and trust administration practices.
• Working knowledge of corporate secretarial and administration services.
• Understanding of private banking or investment management client service processes would be an advantage.
• Business development and marketing to intermediaries and potential new clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients in the administration of their trust and corporate structures.
• Ensuring that new business procedures are followed, particularly in relation to the production of application forms and the gathering of CDD.
• Drafting, or arranging the drafting, of appropriate trust documentation such as Trust Deeds and Letters of Wishes.
• Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure objectives are met and compliance with statutory requirements, especially in client service matters.
• Supervision and development of the Trust Officers and Junior Officers; responsibility for invoicing and fee collection.
