Responsibilities

• Assist in the Request of Funding Proposals to financial institutions.

• Monitor and review the covenants across the secured debt facilities.
• Negotiate amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in debt financing
• Detail-oriented, independent and analytical with good problem solving skills
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Treasury Management System
