INTRIQ JOURNEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Travel Sales role to clinch bookings from enquiries and service clients throughout the tour lifecycle. You will manage bookings and ensure service standards are met according to SOPs, while coordinating tour operations and supporting post-tour feedback gathering.

Ideal candidates have travel experience, strong sales drive, and excellent customer service skills, with a team-spirited, proactive approach to travel operations.

Responsabilités

• To clinch bookings from enquiries from all sources; service the clients and handle tour operations of the bookings.
• To service the clients after the bookings according to company's SOP to ensure the required standard of service.
• To handle all aspects of the tour operations in accordance with the company's SOP so as to facilitate Finance operation and other statistical analysis required.
• To follow-up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and relay to product team.

ROLE PURPOSE

To clinch bookings from enquiries from all sources; service the clients and handle tour operations of the bookings

RESPONSIBILITY

• To handle all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings;


• To service the clients after the bookings according to company's SOP to ensure the required standard of service;


• To handle all aspects of the tour operations in accordance of with the company's SOP so as to facilitate Finance operation and other statistical analysis required;


• To follow-up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organized and relay to product team.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in any marketing activities;

Report to Travel Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Travel agency preferred;
