Job summary

THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused travel consultant to assist clients with travel arrangements, respond to inquiries, and suggest suitable products. You will liaise with hotels and suppliers, prepare travel documents, and support invoice processing.

Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend shifts are required. Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Bahasa for overseas communications is preferred. On-site role with opportunities for travel-related events.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Travel Industry will be an add-on point.
• Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Willing to work on routine hours and shift duties on weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin/Bahasa for overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries via phone, walk-in and emails.
• Propose appropriate travel products and services based on client requirements.
• Liaise with hotels and other supplier reservations.
• Provide travel information and assist with customer travel needs.
• Ensure travel documents and invoices are processed accurately and customer satisfaction is met.
• Participate in travel fairs/roadshows.
• Tour leading duties if needed.
