Job summary

HAROLD EXPRESS invites applications for a Travel Sales Executive position with a leading luxury travel agency in Singapore. The role focuses on clinching bookings from enquiries across sources, servicing clients, and coordinating tour operations.

You will manage multi-channel enquiries, follow SOPs to maintain service standards, and perform pre- and post-booking follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.

ROLE PURPOSE

To clinch bookings from enquiries from all sources; service the clients and handle tour operations of the bookings
