Job summary

Intriq Journey in Singapore is seeking a client-focused travel coordinator to manage enquiries from all sources and convert them into confirmed bookings. You will service clients after booking, ensuring adherence to our SOP and maintaining high service standards.

You will handle all tour operations, support Finance through data-driven tasks, and follow up after travel to collect feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel agency preferred.
• Passion for travel & travel knowledge.
• Sales oriented; ability to close enquiries.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset.

• To service the clients after the bookings according to company’s SOP to ensure the required standard of service.
• To handle all aspects of the tour operations in accordance with the company’s SOP so as to facilitate Finance operation and other statistical analysis required.
• To follow-up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organized and relay to product team.
