This pivotal role involves leading project management for new launches, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring sustainability in packaging design and processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in project management, and is fluent in English, with Mandarin preferred for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant project management or product development.
• Experience in Beauty/ Cosmetics, FMCG or Printing/ Packaging industry is a plus.
• Knowledge on product development process and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management for localized TREX new launches.
• Act as the central coordinator collaborating with Business Units and Operations teams.
• Identify and alert potential risks, delivering flexible industrial solutions.
