Job summary

AIR SINO-EURO ASSOCIATES TRAVEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced travel agent in Singapore to issue air tickets, coordinate with land operators, and manage hotel, dining, and attraction bookings.

You will ensure deadlines are met and support product costing while keeping close relationships with airlines and overseas suppliers. The ideal candidate has at least five years in a travel agent role, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Amadeus and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agent role.

Responsibilities

• Issuing air-tickets and coordinating with land operators; booking hotel rooms, restaurants and attractions.
• Ensuring datelines are adhered to (deposit, full payment, issuance and promotion).
• Assisting product planners to monitor costing (profit & loss, land & ticket costing).
• Updating OB system and guiding counter staff for sales and follow-up.
• Solving operational problems and maintaining good relationships with airlines and overseas suppliers.
• Liaising with airlines, overseas land operators and transportation operators for group travel arrangements.
• Familiar with Amadeus; handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, ticketing, and staff support.
• Providing assistance on pre- and post-departure requirements.
• Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.
• Participating in travel fairs/roadshows.
