Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a travel agent as an Operations Executive
• Proficient with Amadeus (GDS)

Responsibilities

• Issue air tickets and coordinate with land operators, book hotels, restaurants, and attractions
• Ensure deadlines for deposits, payments, issue and promotions are met
• Assist product planners with cost control (profit & loss, land & ticket costing)
• Update OB system and provide clear instructions to counter staff for sales and follow-up
• Handle travel arrangements for groups and liaise with airlines and overseas suppliers
• Participate in travel fairs and roadshows
