Responsibilities

• Issue air tickets and coordinate with land operators, book hotels, restaurants, and attractions
• Ensure deadlines for deposits, payments, issue and promotions are met
• Assist product planners with cost control (profit & loss, land & ticket costing)
• Update OB system and provide clear instructions to counter staff for sales and follow-up
• Handle travel arrangements for groups and liaise with airlines and overseas suppliers
• Participate in travel fairs and roadshows

• Issuing of air-tickets, coordinating with land operators, booking hotel rooms, restaurants and attractions directly)
• Ensuring datelines are adhered to (deposit, full payment, issuance and promotion)
• Assisting product planners to watch costing closely (profit & loss, land & ticket costing)
• Updating OB system and to give clear instructions to facilitate counter staff for sales and follow-up
• Solving operational problem and maintaining good working relationship with airlines and overseas suppliers
• Liaising with the airlines, overseas land operators and transportation operators for travel arrangement for groups.
• Familiar with airline booking system Amadeus, handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and staff support
• Providing assistance on pre and post departure requirements
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
• Participating in travel fairs/roadshows

Other requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a TRAVEL AGENT as Operations Executive
• Able to work as a team player, also can handle multi-tasking
