Qualifications

Responsibilities

Handle tour operations and sales-related tasks, including quotations, itinerary planning, and confirmations.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide professional travel solutions.
Follow up on tour arrangements such as hotels, transportation, flights, guides, and other ground services.
Coordinate and manage tour operations before, during, and after departure to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with suppliers and partners and handle operational or emergency issues when necessary.
