Job summary

Changi General Hospital is seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Trauma Centre and its leadership team. You will coordinate meetings, assist with projects and reporting, budgeting and procurement, and track KPIs.

This part-time role may convert to full-time depending on performance and department needs, with close collaboration with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to drive effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; diploma holders with 8+ years experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars and symposiums.
• Support project administration, reporting and governance activities.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement and vendor coordination.
• Track departmental KPIs and support data reporting.
• Work closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
