Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a senior leader to plan, lead and coordinate the Centre’s operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal resource allocation across trauma services.

You will work with medical, nursing and admin professionals to drive quality improvement, oversee training, data analytics, community outreach and the Centre’s strategic plans, translating national priorities into actionable programmes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate the Centre’s operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and champion clinical excellence across trauma services.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, allied health and admin teams to implement best practices.
• Engage stakeholders to enhance trauma care capabilities and community outreach.
• Oversee training and development programs for staff to foster learning and innovation.
• Support regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Support strategic planning and transformation aligned to national priorities.
