Job summary

Penanshin Shipping Pte Ltd is hiring a Logistics Dispatcher to plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck assignments to support efficient transport operations in Singapore. You will work closely with drivers, customers, ports, and depots to ensure smooth daily workflows and timely deliveries.

You will monitor progress, prepare transport documentation, and respond to inquiries while ensuring compliance with safety requirements and transport regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in haulage/transport/logistics is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of TMS is a plus.
• Organized and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck assignments to ensure efficient transport operations.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, customers, ports, and depots to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion of transport assignments.
• Prepare and manage job orders, delivery orders, and other relevant transport documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and transport regulations.
• Update transport management systems and maintain accurate operational records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
